Gus' Hawg n' Dawg

On Dec 15, 2002 this new food service came to Chelsea. Gus Costellos is the owner and operator of Gus' Hawg n' Dawg. He comes from two previous business ventures of "Gus BBQ" that was formerly located on Rocky Ridge Road AND VC's Hot Dog that was formerly located in Cahaba Heights. He has set up business INSIDE the Amoco gas station located in front of the Chelsea Fire Department (or two doors to the right of the Chelsea Post Office).

They are serving Barbeque, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and some breakfast items. The breakfast selections closes at 10:30am. Their prices ranges from under a dollar up to $15.95 for "Ribs by the Slab".

Gus' is open for business from 6am till 7pm Monday thru Sat and not open on Sundays. They do have a drive through window service. They offer catering services as well as on site cooking services.
