3rd Annual Chelsea Christmas Parade!

The 3rd Annual Christmas Parade will be Tuesday evening December 10th at 7:00. This year's theme is "It's All About Family"

This will be the first night time parade and all participants will be asked to park at the Winn Dixie Parking Lot. Shuttle buses will be there to take all participants to the Elementary School. This will help with potential traffic problems related to the parade and the usual 5:00 traffic. Parking will not be permitted at the Elementary School. If you have a car or float to be in the parade, please be at the School by 5:00. You must use the entrance in back of the school off Hwy 337. The deadline for a parade entry is November 29th.

A Christmas Musical will begin a 6:00 and end a 6:45 at the grandstand area located at the corner of Winn Dixie Plaza and Hwy 47. Free Hot Dogs and Cokes will be available at the Coke Trailer while they last. The parade will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

The professional (pre-prepared) floats have been sold but you may enter an amateur float at no charge. Since this is the city's first night time parade, horses will not be allowed this year.
