Hand-In-Paws Awards

Chelsea resident Judi Morris recieved the Team Manager of the Year Award for her dedication to Hand-in-Paw’s services to chronically and terminally-ill children at HIP's awards night and 10th anniversary celebration on May 9th.  



Hand-In-Paw is Alabama's first nonprofit organization to provide nationally-registered Delta Society® Pet Partner® teams as therapeutic tools in medical, social service and educational settings. The mission is to help children, youth and senior citizens heal and maximize their potential through interaction with specially-trained therapy animals.
