Morningstar United Methodist Church, now located on Highway 11 in Chelsea, Alabama, is hosting an Open House for the entire community on Sunday, April 6, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Our doors are open to friends and guests for informal tours and refreshments. At 5:00 p.m., consecration ceremonies will be led by Bishop Robert Fannin, District Superintendent Gary Ward, and Pastor Steve West.According to Pastor West, "entering our first church home has been an incredible joy. We hope that friends and family from the surrounding area will come and help us celebrate the establishment of this holy ground."
