| Nashville Talent Comes to Columbiana! Friday night, 11/18/05 at 6:00 PM a Country Music Concert will be held in the Shelby County High School Auditorium benefiting the Shelby County High School Drama Department and The Owens House of Shelby County for Abused Children. Performing will be - Angela White - singer who has opened for Gretchen Wilson and Allison Kraus. Also performing will be Mike Sweeney - steel guitar who has played with Ray Price; Steve Hill - bass guitar - played at the Nashville Palace for 20 years; Rusty Rhodes - lead guitar - has played with Kid Rock; Johnny Barbour - drums has played with Merle Haggard and Johnny Paycheck. Admission will be $2.00 each at the door. Normally this would be held on Main Street in Columbiana and be free to the public, but due to the cold temperatures we had to move it inside. |
