Chelsea Baseball and Softball Invites you to join in on The first day of the Season!
We are having Jamboree Day At the Ball Park On April 5, 2003.
There will be games, prizes, inflatables, A dunkin? booth and lots of ball games! The concession stand will be open with great food And we will have cotton candy! It will be an all day event with scouts opening. The day starting at 7:45 am presenting the colors.
We would like your company to participate in this Community event. What can you do?
Rent a booth and advertise or sell a product or service
Advertising only booths are $50.00
Product sales booths are $100.00
Donate anything with your company logo from pens, notepads, shirts, toothbrushes, gift certificates, or anything that would be great prizes.
Be a sponsor! Get a sign with your company logo and information that will hang on the fences at the ballpark.
Give a donation to the ballpark and get a banner on the Website www.playchelsea.org. You can get details about this from Chris Emmerke, Webmaster, at 678-7610 or by email at semmerke@bellsouth.net. This site contains all information about the ball field, teams, schedules and players.
The day is coming soon so make sure your company is represented. We expect from 600 to 800 people to come through the park that day. The day begins at 7:45 and does not end until after dark.
